Here is a few things to know:

  • All deliveries and collections are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm with DPD, unless you upgraded on the checkout.
  • For weekend hires we will deliver on the Thursday or Friday, you will get a text on the day with a 1 hour window.
  • We provide an easy guide with your hire explaining how to use the gear.
  • Box it back up and our team or a courier will collect the gear a working day after your event. You will receive a one hour collection window and a return label to stick on the box and some cables ties to secure the lids.
