Cancellation Insurance For Your Silent Disco Hire

If you are worried about suddenly needing to cancel your Silent Disco hire, we can provide insurance for peace of mind.

When you pay your deposit or book online you can buy insurance (only within 24 hours of paying your order or deposit).

This then covers you for a full refund minus the insurance fee of £50 for hires up to £1000. 

You can cancel anytime up to 72 hours before your hire date you then receive a full refund within 5 working days. 

If the equipment has already left us and with the courier then you will be charged the courier fees.

e.g., If your booking is on a Saturday, we normally ship your kit on Tuesday/ Wednesday. If you then tell us on the Tuesday by midnight then we can provide a full refund if the kit has not left us yet. 

Damage Insurance For Your Silent Disco Hire

The damage insurance will cover you for 10% ONLY of your hire’s headphones. E.G. If you have 100 headphones and your guest damage 11 of them then we will charge you for 1 of them. 

If the headphones are lost, then we will charge you for a replacement of the headphones. 

Please note it is extremely rare that headphones are ever damaged.
