Silent Disco Insurance
Damages are extremely rare but if you are worried about it we can provide insurance to cover most issues. We kindly ask you to look after the kit and turn it off when not used. We currently provide around 500 hires a year and only have to charge around 1 – 2% of these hires. Our team are always here to help with any questions.
If you take out the insurance this will not cover you for lost or stolen kit. Only damage to the kit.
Damage/ Replacement Costs
£50 per headphone, £120 per transmitters, £15 – £25 per lead/ cable/ charger, £40 per box, missed collection/ delivery £35 – £85, £4 tape, £2 information pack, £5 padlock, Phone connector £16. Packaging/ Foam – £15 – £65.
Additional Packages – £200 per iPod/ MP3 player, £190 per smoke machine, £95 per moving head, £65 per mini laser lights, £200 per large laser light, £65 per led lighting/ up lighting, £150 per UV light.
Cancellation Insurance
If you are worried about suddenly needing to cancel your hire, we can provide insurance for peace of mind.
When you pay your deposit or book online you can buy insurance * (only within 24 hours of paying your order or deposit).
This then covers you for a full refund minus the insurance fee.
Hires up to £1000 are £50.
Hires up to £2000 are £100.
Hires up to £3000 are £150.
You can cancel anytime up to 72 hours before your hire date you then receive a full refund within 5 working days.
If the equipment has already left us and with the courier then you will be charged the courier fees.
Please remember you can not purchase this after 24 hours of paying the deposit or booking.
*If your booking is on a Saturday then we normally ship your kit on the Tuesday/ Wednesday. If you then tell us on the Tuesday by midnight then we can provide a full refund if the kit has not left us yet.
